POPIA Consent and Indemnity Clause
This clause is designed to be incorporated into the Terms of Use, Customer Agreement, or Supplier Contract for Unique Impressions to obtain the necessary, specific consent from Data Subjects (our users and business partners).

By signing this agreement, or by registering as a user on the Unique Impressions website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Unique Impressions POPIA Policy and hereby give your consent for the processing of your Personal Information (PI) as follows:
Grant of Consent:
I/We, the undersigned, hereby give explicit, voluntary, and informed consent to Unique Impressions (the Responsible Party) to Process my/our Personal Information and/or the Personal Information of my/our authorised representatives (where applicable) solely for the specific, legitimate purposes outlined in the Unique Impressions POPIA Policy and our Terms of Use.
Specific Purposes of Processing:
This consent permits Unique Impressions to process my/our Personal Information where necessary for:
Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and managing my user account on the Unique Impressions platform.
Transaction Fulfilment: Processing payments, fulfilling product orders, and delivering purchased digital resources.
Support: Providing customer service, technical support, and responding to queries.
Contractual Obligation: Carrying out actions necessary for the conclusion or performance of any contract between me/us and Unique Impressions (including supplier or operator agreements).
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with any obligation imposed by law on Unique Impressions (e.g., tax, financial, or regulatory reporting).
Special Personal Information:
I/We confirm that I/We will not, without prior written arrangement, submit any Special Personal Information (such as health, biometric, or criminal history) unless that information is necessary for the explicit and lawful purposes of the agreement. Should I/We provide such information, I/We warrant that I/We have obtained the necessary legal consent from the Data Subject to share it with Unique Impressions.
Indemnity:
I/We hereby indemnify and hold harmless Just4Dietitians, its employees, agents, and representatives from any loss, injury, damage, or claim of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission on my/our part relating to or incidental to the failure from my/our part to secure or protect the Personal Information of any third party that I/We may share with Just4Dietitians.
